She <br /> asked if the Hyannis store is staying open, it was answered yes. <br /> Mr. Kirrane answered to the Poppy Bay watershed, they are not in the groundwater protection <br /> overlay, and Industrial zoning does not allow for this type of retail. <br /> Ms. Waygan referenced the private road issue; she would like the list of owners and their <br /> maintenance agreement. Mr. Tobin noted the adherence to traffic regulations and lastly, what <br /> distinguishes Trader Joes from other grocery stores, what are the benefits? <br /> Mr. Kirrane will sign a waiver to allow for longer time, should they require. <br /> Ms. Waygan noted they are under time constraints and this is a thick packet for a new <br /> engineer, it is dependent on the engineers and what they resolve, all remaining items come to <br /> the Board.
