All in <br /> favor. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> Osprey Court <br /> Pastore Excavation cut binder pavement for all catch basins, the silt sacks need to be set for <br /> the slide slopes as the sand is eroding. They are doing the final pavement on the sewer trench. <br /> Country Club Estates <br /> There is limited work in the new phase, installing only 3 catch basins while waiting for the <br /> piping to arrive and plan to start back up in a week or two. The striping has arrived; on the next <br /> nice day they will install. <br /> Willow Circle <br /> This was a joint site visit to examine the remaining work. They are constructing an entrance <br /> island and gates to close the project out for final paving preparation. The punch list of items <br /> was emailed, and the site will be reinspected next week and following the final paving. <br /> Island Pickle <br /> The drainage was installed with binder paving. The septic is mostly completed and interior <br /> work is progressing. They did not make the November V opening, but it will be done in a <br /> couple of weeks. <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> The sewer line testing site crew was working to solve water main leaks, which they located <br /> while Mr. Pesce was on site. The Mashpee Water District and Eversource were also on site. <br /> The gravel base and binder paving are all in for parking. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 18 Pleasant Park Drive Request for Release of Covenant <br /> The Applicant is not here this evening; this will be tabled until they are present. <br /> This Board released the single lot previously, and this was the last unbuilt lot. <br /> 12 <br />
