<br />Select Board <br />April 27,2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Review of Request for Reappointment of Mashpee Representative to the Cape Cod <br />Commission, 3-Year Term (E?ective April 27, 2026, through April 26, 2029) – Ernest Virgilio <br />Ernest Virgilio addressed the Board regarding his request for reappointment as Mashpee’s <br />representative to the Cape Cod Commission for a three-year term e?ective April 27, 2026, <br />through April 26, 2029. <br />Virgilio stated that he has served the Town for 27 years and expressed hope that he would <br />be able to continue serving for an additional three years. He described the Cape Cod <br />Commission as a unique organization composed of highly professional and well-educated <br />individuals and stated that working with the Commission has been a positive experience. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to reappoint Ernest Virgilio as Mashpee <br />Representative to the Cape Cod Commission, 3 Year Term (E?ective April 27,2026 <br />through April 26, 2029) <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 4-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
