Discuss amending the Finance Committee meeting schedule to meet <br />deadline for Finance Committee Report <br />The committee reviewed its timeline for completing their report for the <br />Annual May Town Meeting. <br />Due to time constraints, it was proposed to move meetings for the next two <br />weeks to the library. It was noted that meetings at this location will not be <br />televised live, though recording may be possible. An alternative option of <br />holding a meeting on a Friday evening was also discussed. <br />Chris Ball, Mashpee TV, commented that while meetings at the library can <br />be recorded, the audio quality would be limited, as microphones would not <br />be available for all participants. <br /> <br />5. Discuss the process for writing Finance Committee article <br />explanations <br />Je?rey Pettengill reviewed the previous May warrant articles and identified <br />explanations that were identical, which will significantly reduce the amount <br />of new writing required. Richard Weiner suggested that the committee <br />collaborate collectively on drafting the remaining explanations. <br />6. Review, discuss, and take action on Town Meeting Warrant Articles <br />Article 1, To appropriate and transfer $175.00 from revenue available for <br />appropriation to pay previous fiscal years' unpaid bills <br />Motion made by Anne Schnader to recommend Article 1. <br />Motion seconded by Richard Weiner. <br />Vote:6-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
