<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />Article #18 - Establish the PEG Access and Cable Related fund for FY2026 (APPROVED <br />BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />INCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article <br />in order to meet the State requirement to fund the Public Education Grant Access and <br />Cable Related fund for the year. This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Article #19 – Fund the various revolving funds (APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT <br />3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article in accordance with State Law and Town Bylaws. This article will have no impact on <br />the current year tax rate. <br />Article #20 – Transfer FY2027 Community Preservation Fund Estimated Annual <br />Revenues funds to the Community Preservation Committee Administration and <br />Operating Expense Account (APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article. This is our annual authorization, in accordance with MGL Chapter 44B, §5, to fund <br />the Community Preservation Committee Administrative and Operating Expense Account. <br />This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Article #21 – Kids Klub Enterprise Fund (APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT <br />3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article. This is our annual authorization for the Kids Klub Enterprise Fund to receive and <br />expend its revenues.
