<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />Article #25 – Upgrade Mashpee Senior Center’s HVAC system <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to table the explanation for Article 25. <br />Motion rescinded by Jamie Schuh. <br />Article #26 – Rescind authority to issue the unissued balances of bonds and notes <br />(APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article because the funds previously approved to be borrowed are no longer necessary. This <br />article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Article #27 – Transfer Waterways Improvement Fund to the <br />Engineering/Permitting/Dredging and Associated Expenses Account (APPROVED BY <br />UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article. This is our annual authorization to provide funding for dredging and other waterways <br />projects. This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Article #28 (FORMERLY STM ARTICLE #6) – Create a Permanent Full-Time Wastewater <br />Planning and Operations Coordinator <br />The Finance Committee voted 6-0 to recommend approval of this article for the creation of <br />position of Wastewater Planning and Operation Coordinator. <br />This position will ensure accurate oversight of current and future capital projects related to <br />the comprehensive watershed nitrogen management plan and operations of the water <br />resource recovery facility <br />This article will have an impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Keith Machado to accept the explanation for Article 28. <br />Motion seconded by Greg McKelvey. <br />22 <br /> <br /> <br />
