<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />Article #29 - To authorize the Select Board to grant a perpetual conservation restriction <br />to the Native Land Conservancy, Inc. <br />the Finance Committee voted 5-1 to recommend approval of this article to preserve open <br />space in the Town of Mashpee upon completion of the Mashpee Wakeby Cluster Treatment <br />System This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Keith Machado to accept the explanation for Article 29. <br />Motion seconded by Anne Schnader. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />Article #30 – Continue participation in the Cape Cod Aquifund (APPROVED BY <br />UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article to continue the Town’s participation in the Cape Cod Aquifund and the <br />Massachusetts Clean Water Fund. This article will have no impact on the current year tax <br />rate. <br />Article #31 – Amend Zoning Bylaws for Short-Term Rentals <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article in order <br />to clarify Town Zoning Bylaws related to Short-Term Rentals. This article will have no impact <br />on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 31. <br />Motion seconded by Richard Weiner. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />23 <br /> <br /> <br />
