It will not slow down the building. <br /> Mr. Galanis has tried to give several parcels away in the past and has been rejected, much <br /> bigger lots than this. It ends up being a long drawn out process. It's not an open space <br /> restriction. He doesn't want a restriction to then turn it over to the HOA and nobody took over <br /> the restricted area. <br /> Mr. Tobin commented that property value would increase, to see trees instead of road. <br /> Mr. Milbury stated the HOA has control over that, it will be kept vegetated, especially being <br /> such a small area. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to request the applicant withdraw without <br /> prejudice, then return with a new plan on June 3, 2026, and the fee would be <br /> waived. Seconded by Karen Faulkner.All in favor. <br /> Nick Galanis withdrew. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> Jean Christy discussed two projects they are currently reviewing: <br /> - Topspin Way, who cleared and started excavation <br /> - Country Club Estates Phase 3, looking at drainage which looks good. <br /> Mr. Balzarini noted Ken Marsters put up one sign going towards Old Barnstable, but there <br /> should be a sign saying Do Not Enter. He has seen people entering the exit. Mr. Tobin will <br /> follow up and see if adjustments need to be made. <br /> Ms. Christy said she could recommend that. <br /> Engineers Invoice TB 1036559 — Mashpee Peer Review — Shellback/Trader Joes <br /> $6,983.00 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to pay Tighe & Bond for peer review services for <br /> Shellback Way Trader Joes in the amount of $6,983.
