Project review criteria to be <br />refined in the future. <br /> <br />Existing local Frameworks to use: <br />- Values - HPP <br />- Recent LCP Housing Goals, Policies & Actions <br />- CPC (where AHT gets funds) Implement strategies for money held by the Trust. <br />- Housing specific criteria that help continue conversations with the Trust. <br />- Establishing a framework for future plans <br /> <br />Mr. Sparkes put into context from his last meeting, where he and Ms. Lanzilotta met twice over <br />the last month, and put together information for this Committee to consider, for constructing the <br />organization of a committee. The guidelines set forth align with our mission, background, <br />policies for collaboration, and guiding principles. <br /> <br />Ms. Lanzillotta stated the joint mission may be fine-tuned, but this Committee’s mission in the <br />general bylaw closely resembles the purpose of the Trust, there is overlap. The shared <br />missions are nicely blended to align with the goals, to lead to implementation of the towns <br />housing initiatives and explore additional strategies. They work with the Planning Board for <br />zoning to support households to stay in the community. The Trust may want their own goals, <br />but a joint structure would mean a general joint mission. <br /> <br />The background speaks to each group’s charge. Comments on proposals are submitted for <br />approval to the Select Board and the Committee finds opportunities for developing housing. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
