We will see them again <br /> at the next meeting, July 1St <br /> CHAIR'S REPORT <br /> Ms. Waygan wanted to state that Articles for Town Meeting are due by 7/13. She will save her <br /> next comment for the CPC report. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> 20 Tudor Terrace — Application Review Stage (SP & Subdiv.) <br /> Mr. Tobin noted this is the Special Permit and subdivision pre-application phase, they are <br /> slated for the 7/15 meeting at present. <br /> LCP <br /> Public Hearing to be held on 7/1. <br /> Draft Feasibility Studies Nearing Finalization <br /> This is for the VFW site and the DLTA funding being used for behind Town Hall. They are in <br /> the draft phases, and Mr. Tobin is planning to have one more meeting with each engineering <br /> fi rm. <br /> They are onloading the last plan to be renewed in Town, the Open Space and Rec. Plan. He <br /> hopes to have the RFP done by 7/1. They have been successful with the HPP, LCP, and <br /> finally Open Space. <br /> Ms. Waygan stated with an approved Open Space and Rec. Plan, the Town qualifies for <br /> $500,000 a year towards open space acquisition. <br /> Shellback Development, LLC Post Vote Activity Summation <br /> Mr. Tobin explained following the vote, the Department has 14 days to submit the decision to <br /> the Clerk's Office after a Board vote, then the appeals period begins. The notice was mailed to <br /> the applicant and abutters, as well as abutters to abutters within 300ft. per statute, along with <br /> those who requested results.
