(cont.4.23/5.7/6.11) <br /> 43- <br /> 3413 <br /> Mark Dibb of Cape&Islands Engineering,Inc.presented the continued Notice of Intent for 68 Waterway on behalf of <br /> Robert C. and Beth Ann Junkin for the proposed demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of a new flood- <br /> compliant dwelling within the same footprint. <br /> Mr. Dibb reviewed the project and noted that the property is located within Phase 3 of the Town's sewer expansion <br /> project,which is anticipated to be available in approximately 2030. He stated that the project's nitrogen loading had <br /> been calculated at 12.9 parts per million. The proposed dwelling would be fully compliant with current floodplain <br /> requirements, including elevated utilities, removal of habitable space from the lower level, and installation of flood <br /> vents to allow floodwaters to equalize during storm events. <br /> 6 <br />
