MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 8, 2026 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer mentioned that the Board will focus on civil engineering peer <br /> review and also receive the peer review on the traffic. <br /> Ms. Lynne Sweet introduced herself to the Board. <br /> Mr. Jim Pavlik, Civil Engineer with Allen 8v Major Associates introduced himself <br /> to the Board and was approached on behalf of the Town to review the site plans, <br /> and storm water report on the application. <br /> Mr. Pavlik read his letter into the record dated June 23, 2026, addressed to Ms. <br /> Sangeleer. His concerns and specific review are noted in his letter. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read an email submitted by Dan Kent, Conservation Department <br /> dated July 8, 2026, regarding a SWM system that was constructed onsite and <br /> should be investigated by the applicant to determine if it is considered a wetland <br /> as detailed in his letter. <br /> Mr. Reidy asked Mr. Pavlik if any agreements were made between the applicant <br /> and Mashpee Commons regarding the sewage connection. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer mentioned the 90,000-gallon sewage capacity that's available but <br /> wanted to know the details. The schools would incur over 100,000-gallon <br /> capacity. <br /> Mr. Pavlik said that this project will have approximately 13,000 gallons per day <br /> and should be documented. <br /> Attorney Alphen mentioned there were conversations with Mashpee Commons <br /> and he was told that there's more than enough capacity and will comment at a <br /> later meeting and provide the Board with that specific data. He said that the <br /> Board can add a condition into the Decision. <br /> Ms. Sweet commented that the Board will require the information regarding this <br /> data finding <br /> Ms. Sangeleer mentioned that the project shall be conditioned to the no nitrogen <br /> impact. <br /> 14 <br />
