They are important to add somewhere in <br /> Land Use. <br /> Mr. Tobin thinks they are important, but they are going to be done anyway, mentioned in the <br /> LCP or not. <br /> Ms. Waygan asked if they could find a place for it under Land Use. <br /> Mr. Tobin would like to just move the plan along as is and wrap it up. <br /> Mr. Balzarini noted town departments still have to follow these regardless of the LCP. At this <br /> point he would like to submit the plan. Mr. Milbury agrees to send the plan along as is. <br /> Mr. Tobin confirmed that those will still be adhered to regardless of it being stated in the LCP. <br /> He also noted tweaks will be made to the bylaws on an ongoing regular basis. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Colton Atkinson- It has been a while since they have gone over this, so to recap, they started <br /> with the survey of the Town. The town's population came back with an overwhelming <br /> supermajority, about whether the Town had safe transportation options or adequate biking <br /> opportunities, and they did not feel that was the case. People who felt the town didn't value <br /> recreational biking or had adequate biking. That was their starting point. Then they talked to <br /> some transportation experts who helped with the initial draft, the original redlines worked on <br /> back in January. From there, a member of the Board and the Town Planner took the draft and <br /> made adjustments. There is a little bit of work left to be done on Transportation and Circulation. <br /> In looking at goals and policies, again this was first made available to him today, so he didn't <br /> have enough time to read everything, but the goals and policies are in two different portions <br /> and say two different things, the redline version on page i-49, and the other section lost in the <br /> 10 <br />
