MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 12, 2026 <br /> The Board reviewed the architectural house plans to determine the average <br /> grade. The elevation shown on the plan is 8.3 ft. <br /> Mr. Morris will ask for a certified letter from the engineer confirming the height <br /> of the building from the average grade at the frame inspection. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. There were no more comments <br /> from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell so <br /> moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion on the application. Mr. Reidy made a motion that <br /> the Board approve 24 Seconsett Point Road with the following conditions; <br /> The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10 and issues said Variance with <br /> the following conditions and findings; <br /> 1.
